Features Some of the Most Uplifting Songs from the World of Musical Theatre

HALLELUJAH BROADWAY celebrates the famous Broadway musicals that have made audiences feel they’ve had a near-religious experience. Based on the simple premise that powerful songs can bring an audience to their feet, HALLELUJAH BROADWAY is sure to gladden hearts and give viewers something to feel good about.
Accompanied by the Prague FILMharmonic Orchestra and Choir, HALLELUJAH BROADWAY is a stunning collection of inspired vocal performances recorded in the Baroque Basilica of St. Simon and St. Jude in the old city of Prague. The vocal power and range of three featured soloists — “Irish Tenor” Anthony Kearns, Rodrick Dixon (“Three Mo’ Tenors”) and Chicago Symphony soprano Alfreda Burke — is matched by the dramatic and emotional delivery of special guest star Linda Eder.
The song list includes some of the greatest show tunes ever written:
· “Prepare Ye The Way Of The Lord” (Godspell) — Trio
· “Oh, What A Beautiful Morning!” (Oklahoma!) — Alfreda Burk
· “I'll Be Seeing You” (Right This Way) — Anthony Kearns
· “Gold” (Camille Claudel) — Linda Eder
· Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat Medley — Trio
· “Somewhere” (West Side Story) — Rodrick Dixon
· “Hallelujah Broadway” — Trio
· Godspell Medley — Trio
· “Seasons of Love” (Rent) — Trio
· “Electricity” (Billy Elliot) — Linda Eder
· “Bring Him Home” (Les Miserables) — Anthony Kearns
· “Anthem” (Chess) — Rodrick Dixon
· “You’ll Never Walk Alone” (Carousel) — Alfreda Burke
· “Someone Like You” (Jekyll and Hyde) — Linda Eder
· Jesus Christ, Superstar Medley — Trio

HALLELUJAH BROADWAY features a dynamic group of singers known to both PBS and Broadway audiences. Anthony Kearns is the only member still singing with the incredibly successful “Irish Tenors.” Rodrick Dixon has performed on Broadway in many different roles and was in the hit PBS special THREE MO’ TENORS. Alfreda Burke, who is married to Dixon, has starred in numerous Broadway shows and has been the lead soprano for the Chicago Symphony Orchestra for many years. And Linda Eder, who tours extensively and performs a wide variety of music, was the original and long-time lead in Jekyll and Hyde on Broadway.
