This program will discuss the latest employment trends, the use of social media in hiring, the pitfalls of job seeking and a look at what works today - and what it will likely be, and not be, in the future. Are traditional resumes of any use these days? How important is your social media presence? Is there any hope for people who don't graduate from high school, or fall short of college degrees? We'll travel to Bellevue to explore our area's booming video game production industry to frame the issue about employment in the 21st century which we'll discuss with UWT economics professor Katie Baird in studio. |
